Google Calendar and Google Meet Integration

When an admin or mentor schedules a live internship or mentoring session and chooses to auto-generate a Google Meet link, Kolaborate Academy requests limited permission to your Google Account (the calendar.events scope) so it can create a single calendar event with a video-conferencing link on your connected Google Calendar. This permission is requested only at the moment you take that action, and only from the admin or mentor account performing it, not from every user.

• We only create and read the specific calendar event we generate for that session. We do not browse, read, or store the rest of your calendar.
• We store the resulting event ID, meeting link, and schedule details in our database so the session can be shown to interns and attendance can be tracked.
• We never sell this data or use it for advertising.
• You can revoke this permission at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Kolaborate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Your Information
